Baloo
This Volkswagon T3 camper is ‘German Born’ and was built in Hannover, Germany in 1976. Baloo’s original color was white and in 1993, it was converted into a camper van in Nuremberg, Germany. We bought the camper in 2019 and it took 12 months to renovate the exterior and interior into the blue beauty that it is today. Baloo is named after its‘ color as we added blue to the original white and like Rosie, the need for a beach camper was much needed from our clients as our LeFrogue camper was returning time and time again with sand from beaches as far as Greece, Spain, Italy, and Croatia. Martin and I were passionate about having a camper that beach goers could enjoy, so we attached 2 paddle boards so when you reach the your desired coastline, you can enjoy this water activity that is fun for all ages.
The interiors‘ decor is naturally oceanic blues and colors of the sea. The seats have been refurbished in durable white leather and a white distressed hardwood floor was laid for durability and ease. The kitchen and interior is handcrafted and custom made by the renowned Jan Lange whos‘ work with wood is always unequal in quality and craftsmanship with each piece he creates. Baloo sleeps 2 comfortably and has a pop up roof for movability in the kitchen and bedroom area.
